– Peking University Alumni Association of Northern California (PKUAANC) organizes this Event for the benefits of the participants and the Alumni Organizations will not be responsible for the accuracy and trueness of the background and information of other participants.
– Please aware that the participation in the Event involves risk, including, but not limited to, travel, physical activity, locales where public health and safety may be at risk.
– Within the past 14 days have if you, or anyone you have been in close contact with, have experienced any symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, chills, loss of sense of smell or taste, sore throat, shortness of breath, or muscle aches & pains, please do not attend the event. Participants are encouraged to practice hand hygiene and wear face coverings to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19.
– The Alumni Organizations are not responsible for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury (including loss of life, disability, or serious harm), property damage or theft, negligence, or actions (each, a “Loss”) resulting from or arising in connection with the travel to, attendance at, or participation in the Event and any related activities unless said Loss is caused by the sole, gross negligence of Alumni Organizations.
