DESCRIPTION:计划介绍 \n扶摇计划致力于连接硅谷资深华裔管理人士，培养未来北美华人职场领导者，助力更多华人在职场中实现突破。依托北京大学北加州校友会、南京大学旧金山湾区校友会、复旦大学北加州校友会、南开美国北加州校友会及武汉大学北加州校友会，扶摇计划汇聚行业内资深导师，传承华人职场经验与智慧，推动新一代职场管理人才的成长与发展。 \n上届扶摇导师计划共吸引14位常驻导师、5位飞行导师、70名学员（录取率49%）及约50名志愿者，覆盖软件、数据科学、生物制药、硬件等多个领域。在为期八个月的项目中，共举办8次全体活动与近100次小组活动，导师经验丰富，学员背景多元，活动形式多样，交流成果丰硕。 \n2026年扶摇计划不仅有多位往届导师强势回归，更迎来多位硅谷华人领军人物全新加盟。项目将于2026年3月启动，活动长达数月，每月组织1至2次活动，形式丰富多样，包括小规模Q&A讨论、一对一辅导、专题分享、茶话会、线上线下相结合的networking活动等。 \n导师与学员将根据职业方向、经验背景等因素进行小规模精准匹配。除开闭幕式外，项目期间将多次收集参与反馈，持续优化，为导师与学员打造更顺畅、高效的沟通平台。 \n报名要求 \n▪主要面向科技与医药行业人士（其他领域亦可考虑） \n▪欢迎 \n拥有1年以上管理经验的团队领导者 \n资深技术专家或骨干人才 \n也欢迎刚进入职场、有清晰发展规划的职场新人报名 \n项目将结合职场经验与技术领域进行导师-学员匹配，期待的你：有明确的职业发展目标，积极主动与导师交流互动。 \n▪注：扶摇计划为纯公益非盈利项目，由各校友会支持主要活动经费。为增强学员投入与重视程度，每位入选学员需缴纳$200，用于部分小组活动支出。 \n计划安排 \n活动时间 \n▪2026年2月，报名启动 \n▪2026年3月，筛选匹配 & 项目开幕式 \n▪2026年4月 – 2026年9月，项目活动进行中 \n▪2026年10月，项目结业式 \n部分导师阵容 \n\n \n扶摇计划已邀请多位来自湾区各大公司的高管与资深技术领袖（SVP、VP、总监及以上级别），覆盖软件开发、硬件、生物、制药等多个行业领域。导师名单将陆续公布，敬请期待。 \n报名方式 \n请长按二维码进入报名页

Chi is VP of Research at Google DeepMind\, leading machine learning research teams working on large language models (from LaMDA leading to launching Bard/Gemini)\, and universal assistant agents. With 39 patents and ~200 research articles\, he is also known for research on user behavior in web and social media.  As the Research Platform Lead\, he helped launched Bard/Gemini\, a conversational chatbot experiment.  His research also delivered significant improvements for YouTube\, News\, Ads\, Google Play Store at Google with >1000 product landings and ~$10.4B in annual revenue since 2013. \nPrior to Google\, he was Area Manager and Principal Scientist at Xerox Palo Alto Research Center’s Augmented Social Cognition Group in researching how social computing systems help groups of people to remember\, think and reason. Ed earned his 3 degrees (B.S.\, M.S.\, and Ph.D.) in 6.5 years from University of Minnesota. Inducted as an ACM Fellow and into the CHI Academy\, he also received a 20-year Test of Time award for research in information visualization. He has been featured and quoted in the press\, including the Economist\, Time Magazine\, LA Times\, and the Associated Press.  An avid golfer\, swimmer\, photographer and snowboarder in his spare time\, he also has a blackbelt in Taekwondo. \n活动嘉宾 – Panelists \n \nCarina Ruiz Singh \nDeloitte Silicon Valley Managing Partner \nCarina is the Silicon Valley Managing Partner and National Telecom\, Media and Entertainment Market Integration Leader. She has over 25 years of experience in treasury strategy & design\, finance\, banking\, and consulting. She leads large-scale transformation initiatives that have enabled clients to restructure their treasury organizations and realize transactional and structural benefits. \nShe has advised clients of all sizes – from $1b unicorns to over $100b clients in the design\, structure\, and implementation of their respective finance groups. This includes modeling the business case for streamlining initiatives as well as determining end-to-end process flows to support efficient structures. She has reorganized treasury groups with global coverage and implemented these in the Americas\, Europe\, and Asia with consideration for the impact of the model to tax\, legal\, accounts payable\, IT and accounting. \nPrior to joining Deloitte & Touche LLP\, Carina held various positions in a global financial services institution. She has served in a regional financial control capacity in Asia as well as a brokered products trader in Manila\, Philippines. She is a licensed CPA in California. \n \nTim Osorio \nAI and Data Engineering Tech\, Media\, Entertainment Leader \nTim Osorio is a recognized leader in Enterprise AI and Data Engineering for the Technology\, Media\, Entertainment Industry with 20 years of experience. Tim specializes in driving large-scale transformation programs that enable organizations to become insight-driven. He brings deep expertise across enterprise Ai/Agentic Ai and data management/governance solutions\, Ai driven business intelligence\, data science\, machine learning\, and advanced analytics—shaping strategies and solutions that support executive decision-making. Tim excels in leveraging emerging digital technologies\, big data platforms\, cloud architecture\, and Ai automation to help organizations modernize\, standardize\, and unlock the full value of their data. \n\nLenjoy Lin\, \nCo-founder\, Genspark.ai   \nLenjoy Lin\, co-founder of Genspark.ai and former Head of Engineering for TikTok’s Ads Measurement & Targeting department. He previously served as EM/uber-TL at Google\, Pinterest\, and Houzz. Throughout his career\, he has repeatedly built large-scale infra and recommendation systems from 0 to 1\, powering ads platforms across Google/YouTube/TikTok/Pinterest. He has also founded and scaled engineering teams multiple times. \n\nCharles Fan \nCo-founder and CEO\, MemVerge.ai \nCharles Fan is co-founder and CEO of MemVerge. Prior to MemVerge\, Charles was the CTO of Cheetah Mobile leading its global technology teams\, and an SVP/GM at VMware\, founding the storage business unit that developed the Virtual SAN product.
