Reuben Clark Law School\, Brigham Young University in the Unite States. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She worked for several U.S. immigration law firms. \n  \nAfter she established the Law office of Jessica Y. Meng\, with her extensive knowledge\, successful experience\, and deep and thorough understanding of the changing immigration law\, she provides professional\, high-quality\, and prompt immigration legal services for the individual and corporate clients in Silicon Valley and across the country\, and achieves high success rate [for example\, 100% approval rate for all EB-5 cases; 2017-2021 PERM and I-140 approval rate 100%; H-1B approval rate: fiscal year 2017-100%\, 2018-93%\, 2019-97%\, 2020-2022-3 years-100% (USCIS approval rate < 60%)].
