Good Worker-bee but Not a Leader

Are you frustrated with getting passed over on high profile leadership opportunities and (senior) management roles? If so, you are not alone. Chinese represent 25% of the workforce in Silicon Valley yet only 5% within the executive/ VP ranks!

Come to learn key steps to eliminate behaviors and actively address misperceptions that are limiting your career progression. This interactive workshop will be application oriented so you can begin assessing yourself, step into any meeting and look, think, speak, and act like a leader or executive.

MJAA and CASPA are co-hosting this Career Advancement Seminar on June 20th. This is the 4th workshop of MJAA Career Advancement Series.

Key topics:

Get a hold of key Chinese stereotypes that are working against you.

Be viewed as an executive. Learn your first step in getting there.

Play good politics - a must-have for success in the executive ranks.

If you're ready to get into the game, now is the time to get into shape!
